I love watching makeovers! Home improvements and personal improvements as well. Oprah reruns are of the various makeovers they did on men and women in different parts of the US. It was so much fun watching those persons get a second chance in life. Some a second chance on romance!

One particular person hasn’t gotten a haircut for years. His hair has grown so long that he looked like a hermit! But when the style team of Oprah and Tim Gunn happened on him, he came out looking debonair! He was actually handsome when his hair was cut and his clothes changed!

What a change!

I also love watching home makeover shows in cable. I watch at least two of this kind of shows every week!

Money isn’t everything. Sure, it buys and gives us comfort. But it can’t buy us happiness. We can get happiness in so many different ways, even in ways where money won’t matter.

This year, I intend to do that. I intent to live healthy as well. Slowly until it becomes a habit and a lifestyle.
