One of the things that I love to eat is fried rice. Yummy fried rice with anything in it (bacon, ham, ground meat, veggies, etc). This fried rice has strips of mango and sliced tomatoes and marinated sliced pork on the side.

Delish!

Caffeine kick needed. Where else to go but to a coffee shop that’s known all over the world. Starbucks. Latte was what the body was craving for.

Happy Monday! It’s a very busy week I hope everyone will be productive as well.

I wanted a big breakfast today. I’ve been up all night beating the deadline. I am happy that the breakfast I had – spam, fried rice, scrambled eggs – gave me the boost in energy I need. And by the way, there’s some brewed coffee that goes with that plate!
