I am seriously thinking of a makeover for this blog. This one has been in existence for close to one year already. Maybe it’s time for me to find a new theme for the blog. What do you think?

You know, I am thankful for the blessings I got from this blog. And mind you, I received so many in just a span of how many months! I even got a couple of requests for reviews from a program I joined. It is truly amazing to me! This is one of my favorite blogs and I’ve been taking good care of this. If you will notice, I don’t write about any kind of vice here. I really avoid that so as not to taint the good image of the blog.

So on this blog’s anniversary, a blog makeover might be a good gift, don’t you think?

I haven’t been updating a lot because whenever I open this blog, I feel sad about what happened during the last rank updates. I lost a notch for this blog. Which I am upset about considering I regularly update this blog and I am really taking good care of this. From 3 to 2 to 1.

Anyway, I will continue blogging, don’t worry about that. I am not sure if I have regular readers here but I do know I get a fair enough traffic. I just wish I will get it back somehow.

How did you fair in the last update?

Just when you are about to give up, a blessing comes and reminds us that patience is a virtue. I just got in a program I am praying to get into. I thought there’s no more chance to get in but I was wrong! I got a pleasant surprise before the New Year’s Eve when my email was answered. Yes! This blog was approved and I got in!

My blog’s ranking went down a notch. I was surprised to find it down by a point when I opened it yesterday. I was unaware that there’s an update done. Anyway, better down a notch than lose my rank altogether, right?

It’s just a bit frustrating because I am trying to save up. I do hope I won’t lose the rank altogether come the next update. I am hoping that I get the 3 back or more

How did you fair in the last update?

Thanks to my host! This blog is now upgraded to the latest version of Wordpress. Woohoo! I have been asked not to post anything yesterday because everything was backed up and well, it wouldn’t be great to lose what I wrote after the back up.

Anyway, everything’s back to normal now and I will be dishing out a couple of entries for the rest of the day.

You might have noticed already that I have disabled my EC widget. Sorry to those who would want to advertise. I am just finishing off a last advertiser and then I am off Entrecard. I don’t like the sponsor ads. It scares me to think that I have very little control with what’s going to appear on my widget. What if it’s a gambl!ng site? I don’t like that. Or some other site I deem inappropriate. So it’s bye-bye time for me.

But I would like to take this opportunity to thank Entrecard for my brief stay with them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! If it isn’t for the sponsor ads, I would have stayed longer.

Time flies so fast! It’s already October 1 today! Before we know it, Halloween is upon us. Then, it’s Thanksgiving. And Christmas!

Since I saw the calendar this morning, my head won’t stop churning out possibilities. I’ve yet to achieve my goals for this year. I’ve so much left undone and I don’t want the new year to arrive with so many of my goals for this year unfinished. I want even half of it done.

Do you know why this blog is called Random Thoughts? It’s because I write down things as they pop in my head! That’s why I publish several entries in a day. These are thoughts that I am ready to share to everyone as they happen to form in my head.

Someone asked me why my EC widget changed to this one… well, it’s random! I saw this in one of my folders on my desktop and thought of using it. There’s no deeper meaning to it except I find it really cute

So what does your EC widget stand for?

I will be taking a brief break from blogging to make way for a very short vacation. It’s actually more of a family gathering that I will be actively participating in the preparations so I would probably have less time to go online.

It’ll be three to five days at most.

She is an active blogger and is encouraging her siblings and us, her cousins, to become bloggers like her. For her, we can express ourselves freely if we maintain blogs of our own. And she’s right.
