Locals call it CPA, short for chicken pork adobo, a well-known Filipino dish. It is a combination of chicken and pork cooked in soy sauce and garlic. I love CPA with hard-boiled eggs! My dad cooks the best adobo this side of the city. I must say that when it is the dish of the day at home, we really eat a lot!
Since I saw this photo online, I have been craving for it. I will ask my dad if he can cook CPA tomorrow. Hopefully, this craving will be gone after
