I am a very impatient person. I like things to happen now. Today. Not tomorrow, or the next day or the week after. Now. I was not able to update you on Halloween…

Cute little kids carrying plastic pumpkin baskets knocked on our door crying “trick or treat”. No surprises for this year. Last year, some adults in the neighborhood dressed as ghosts. We had a few laughs. This year, it seemed that after the typhoons, nobody wanted to really celebrate. Understandable.

I have a thing for lovely centerpieces! I need to have a few at home. Always. I just feel like flowers make a room more vibrant and alive. I love anything that has a touch of violet. I make sure we have a splash of that color on the dining table. It makes for a cool ambiance. Don’t you just feel like feeling mellow when you see a color you love? That’s what happens to me. The vibe cuts off whatever negative emotion that’s about to surface.

I saw my best friend last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me a ride home. He already has a car! I was envious! I’ve been wanting to get one of my own for the past three years now but something always comes up that I had to set aside my desire to acquire a car. And then to see my best friend driving one…
